June 16: Daily Recap

Breakfast: Coconut breakfast quinoa topped with strawberries, cherries, and shredded coconut.



Lunch: No lunch today. I was having rage. Rage is very motivating and filling, and I was too full or it for actual food ;-)

Dinner: Family dinner with my sisters today. I made the Otsu from 101 Cookbooks (recipe here) and my sis made scallion pancakes, of which I ate two (only one is pictured). For dessert, angel food cake. I have no idea why the pics are so damn blurry.
Exercise: 45 minutes of spinning.
